Minimum Specifications
- Structure – Earthquake resistant RCC structure
- Flooring – Vitrified flooring in all rooms
- Walls – 6” brick walls both externally and internally
- POP – Walls and ceiling finished in POP
- Paint – Acrylic paint externally, OBD paint internally
- Windows – Powder coated aluminum sliding windows with safety grills and mosquito nets for all the room windows with marble window sills
- Doors – Water proof flush doors with both side laminate for all doors
- Door frames – Laminated box frame for all doors and marble frame for toilets
- Dado – Dado in Kitchen and Toilets
- Kitchen – Black Granite platform with stainless steel sink
- Toilets – Jaquar or similar make CP fittings
- Electrical – Concealed copper wiring, Anchor Roma or similar modular switches
