Project Specifications

Following is the list of normally provided specifications. However specifications do vary from project to project.

Minimum Specifications

• Structure – Earthquake resistant RCC structure
• Flooring – Vitrified flooring in all rooms
• Walls – 6” brick walls both externally and internally
• POP – Walls and ceiling finished in POP
• Paint – Acrylic paint externally, OBD paint internally
• Windows – Powder coated aluminum sliding windows with safety grills and mosquito nets for all the room windows with marble window sills
• Doors – Water proof flush doors with both side laminate for all doors
• Door frames – Laminated box frame for all doors and marble frame for toilets
• Dado – Dado in Kitchen and Toilets
• Kitchen – Black Granite platform with stainless steel sink
• Toilets – Jaquar or similar make CP fittings
• Electrical – Concealed copper wiring, Anchor Roma or similar modular switches
