Keep your top floor common terrace locked to save unauthorized entry / theft. |

Do not enclose terraces / verandas; it spoils the look of your building and may also be illegal. |
Do not enclose open area in your apartment. |
| Do not allow your sewage water to flow openly on the road and surrounding areas. |
Keep common areas like staircases, lawns and ducts clean and tidy and do not rinse your staircases with too much water. |
Stretch your clothes line in such a way that it does not spoil the beauty of you apartment and building and do not wash your staircases and flooring with water. Only mopping is advised. |
