We are always on the lookout for qualified and committed manpower in all areas of construction.

Chief Engineer	Should have a min 8-10 yrs experience in a housing industry. Should be capable of managing multi site issues. BE(Civil) or a Dip(Civil) and well versed in MS Projects. Should be able to take independent actions/decisions
Estimation Engineer	Should have a of min 3 yrs experience in a housing industry Should be BE/Dip(Civ). Should be capable of carrying out estimations independently and be capable of handling estimation software.
Purchase Manager	Should be capable of activating a Supply Chain Management. Setting up a cost effective vendor base, JIT delivery models, and monitoring of inventory. Min 5-7 yrs experience in the construction industry.
Purchase Officer	Thorough knowledge of vendors and inventory management Familiar with Supply Chain Management process. Familiar with costs, billings, taxation and transportation methods. Graduate with min 2-3 yrs experience in the construction industry.
Store Keeper/In Charge	Min 3 yrs of experience in construction industry preferred. A graduate/undergraduate with experience in similar capacity in a construction company.
Assistant Store Keeper	An undergraduate with experience in inventory control and store keeping procedures in the construction industry
Chief Accountant	Should be well versed with all accounting and taxation procedures.
Chief Accountant	Should be well versed with all accounting and taxation procedures. Should possess requisite skills like Tally and ability to adopt any other software in Finance and Budgeting. Should be able to oversee operations in Accounts dept. C.A. with 5 yrs experience or an M.Com with over 8 yrs experience is preferable.
Junior Accountant	A commerce graduate with knowledge of Tally. Should have minimum 2yrs experience in handling accounts. Knowledge of taxation will be an added advantage.
Estate Officer	Min graduate with 5-10 yrs experience and well versed in estate management and regulating storage of material at site. Through knowledge of administration and HR functions, preferably of large construction sites. Should be able to manage safety, security and disciplinary functions of sites. Should be computer savvy and be able to prepare and submit MIS reports to management. Retired service personnel having requisite experience can also apply.
Legal Officer	Should be a law graduate with min of 2 yrs experience in handling property matters and formation of Apartment Society. Should be well conversant with drafting documents both in English and Marathi.
Office Assistants	Min graduate from any discipline. Should be conversant with basic computer skills and office procedures. Own 2 wheeler is a must.
