To make your stay in your home pleasant and satisfying, your home has been thoughtfully built using quality materials and with the best of workmanship. Yet some minor problems are bound to arise from time to time.
The following is the procedure to seek assistance:
- First call our maintenance supervisor on 9881401259 and inform him of the exact nature of your maintenance request.

Simultaneously send a mail to our Sales Executive Mrs.Namita Shivarkar at namitashivarkar@runwalhousing.com or in case you do not have an email facility call Mrs.Namita Shivarkar on our office telephone lines during working hours and inform her about your problem.

Only in case of an extreme need you may mark a copy of your problem to our Sales Coordinator Mr. Tejas Belose at tejasbelose@runwalhousing.com
Normally it takes between 48 to 72 hours to respond to a routine request, based on the availability of the agency needed to complete the job. Some requests may take a longer time to be fully attended to due to the particular nature of the problem.
