History

The year 2001 saw Mr. Sanjay Runwal branching out from his parent organization and Runwal Housing was born. The position changed drastically from one of immense strength and recognition to that of an infant organization just born and which was to be run from a new office set up with a new team. However clear goals, unflinching commitment to customer satisfaction and a well chalked out financial road map saw Runwal Housing taking strong roots right from its first year of operation. January 2002 marked the opening of a modest new office at Bhandarkar Road.

This scene however was not to last for long. As they say, fortune favors the brave. In March 2002 the foundation of Runwal Housing first project was laid. ‘Runwal Sankalp' at Gananjay Society, Kothrud was launched. All the headache and heartburn was worth the pain and wait. Moving cautiously and ensuring strict work discipline all along the way, in the month of August 2002 the second project from ‘Runwal Housing' - Runwal Pratishtha at Apte Road was launched.

Things looked set on the right track and the new but ever enthusiastic team at Runwal Housing was doing everything to convey the clear message of its value based approach and uncompromising construction quality. Yet the next six months saw no new schemes coming its way. A sense of frustration was creeping in. But the team did not lose hope. Our perseverance paid off. One after the other three schemes were launched - two at Bhosale Nagar - Runwal Shalom and Runwal Sherene and one at Baner - Runwal Srushti.

A new wave of excitement spread all over the organization. New thoughts for improving construction quality further, use of new materials and delivering never before thought of value to the customers became the cornerstone of the organization. These three projects showcased Runwal Housing as a company worthy of being trusted for exclusive and top class housing.

We as a team at Runwal Housing realized that we were reaching a stage where we were being looked up to as leaders of change. Leadership to us meant more commitment and better service to our customers.

As we have grown in the last 5 years into our 28^th project we march ahead with modesty and humility, yet very confident of our abilities and fully aware of our responsibilities, to serve our customers in the best possible way. Aiming not just for customer satisfaction but customer delight !
