Mr. Sanjay Runwal is the Managing Director of Runwal Housing and Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Sanjay Runwal is known for his leadership qualities and is a team builder. He is a skilled orator and is a speaker at various forums.

He has, on numerous occasions been interviewed on electronic media such as CNBC, STAR TV and Sahara TV. His views are also regularly sought by the print media.

He is a member of the Managing Committee of PBAP and is also the Joint Honorary Secretary. He has been honoured as a ‘Major Donor’ by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International and is the past President of the Rotary Club of Pune, Kothrud.

Mr. Sanjay Runwal completed his Electrical Engineering from Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur in 1983. In 1984 he set up his own business of distribution of portable gensets and white goods from Bijapur in Karnataka. After a decade of gathering valuable experience, he moved to Pune and started the business of Promoters and Developers along with his father and brother.

With a vision in his mind, a clear-cut road map to the future and an unshakeable belief in delivering nothing but the best to his customers, Mr. Sanjay Runwal ventured out from the shadows of his earlier group in 2001 to form his own company, Runwal Housing.
